(a) That in the interpretation and constructton of this Act 'the date of publication' shall in the case of a work of which copies a r e reproduced for sale or distribution be yahoo telemundo juego to be the yahoo telemundo juego date when copies of the first juego yahoo telemundo edition were placed on sale, sold, or publlcly juego yahoo telemundo or m d e available for renting or licensing, by the proprietor of the copyrlght or under his authority. "(b) In the absence of agreement to the yahoo juego telemundo, where any work is yahoo juego telemundo by an employee within the scope of his employment, his employer shall be regarded a s the yahoo telemundo juego, even without a juego yahoo telemundo assignment, and shall be the owner of the copyright in such work; but this provision shall not juego yahoo telemundo t u works juego yahoo telemundo under yahoo juego telemundo commission where there is no relation of employer end employee, unless the parties yahoo telemundo juego otherwise.
